Covid Safety

Keeping You Protected

Driving Lessons with the Guiseley School of Motoring follow the DVSA Covid guidelines. The guidance is intended to ensure both pupil and instructor are protected, as far as is reasonably practical, from the risk of infection during the lesson.

Driving Lessons Covid Safety

1. Send a Text

You will be requested to send a text message before each lesson declaring that you are symptom free and have not been in contact with anyone showing signs of Covid-19.

2. Wash your Hands

Please make sure you wash your hands before the start of your lesson. Hand gel will be provided prior to getting in the car.

3.Cover Up

During the lesson, a window will be kept open for ventilation. You are asked to wear clothing that covers arms and legs (not a t-shirt or shorts).

4. Wear a Face Mask

A face mask must be worn. One mask can be provided at a cost of £1 to be disposed of after each lesson.

Stay up to Date

The Instructor

The car will be prepared between each lesson by sanitising anything the driver would touch, such as the steering wheel, doors, hand brake, and all controls.

Payment by balance transfer is preferable, although cash will still be accepted.
